In 2017, de la Torre Design completed an extensive, custom refit of a superyacht, named the Lazy Z. In this project, we were faced with an aggressive deadline of an unmovable charter date, requiring part one of the furniture install to take place in Florida and part two in the South of France, completing the space just days before guests arrived. Yet despite short lead times, no detail was missed, from hand rolled, epoxy-resin panels in ocean hues to straw marquetry walls.
